If there’s one thing that every person who’s traveled knows, it’s that waiting at airports is annoying.

Passengers at the Manchester Airport in England were lucky enough to be entertained by an 11-year-old boy named Harrison Crane, originally from Aughton in Ormskirk.

The video begins when a little boy decides to sit down and play the piano.

Most of them begin to turn their heads towards the music to see where it’s coming from. Harrison, the little boy who’s playing, continues his performance and seems intently focused on his piano keys.

Before long, he seems lost in his own world of music. Everyone around him is curious and surprised—and it’s clear they visibly enjoy what they’re hearing.

Although airport terminals are typically pretty boring, it’s definitely nice to see how music can shake up things a bit.

He is playing “Nuvole Bianche,” an Italian composition that in English means “white clouds.” It is perhaps one of the most well-known pieces by Italian pianist and composer, Ludovico Einaudi.

Although the piece is pretty complex, Crane amazes everyone by playing it perfectly!

No matter how much distance there is between these people, everyone is united by Crane’s playing.

One of the most interesting moments in the video is when three boys approach Crane and stand by the piano while he’s playing. They are roughly the same age as he is, and all of them are very interested in his performance.

There are a lot of children at the airport and they all seem to be interested in Crane’s piano skills—after all, children are curious and sincere when they don’t know something and seeing it clearly in this video is inspirational. Through it all, Crane makes his performance look easy. After watching this video, it’s easy to see that music can bring people together, no matter their differences.

After he finished his performance, Crane modestly walks away.

When it’s all over, the crowd gives him a big round of applause.

This video was uploaded in 2018 and has since earned more than 10 million views—though as it turns out, this isn’t Crane’s only performance. In fact, he has posted all kinds of other clips of himself playing music in airports and shopping centers—his mother even says that he began playing piano when he was six.
