In what looks like a school performance, five adorable little boys take to the stage in mini versions of Elvis’ prison attire.
As soon as the music kicks in, we know we’re in for a performance like no other!
Elvis starts to sing, and the little boys alternate between pointing left and right above their head.
Then, when the chorus gets going, the boys wiggle their hips in the most hilariously cute way.
They’re all going for it, but the kid in the back middle must have dancing in his genes, because he takes his role very seriously.
But wiggling isn’t all this talented quintet can bring to the table, oh no.
In a deviation from the movie scene, a “police officer” – i.e. a little kid wearing a cop’s shirt, tie and cap – comes running on stage.
To the cheers of the audience, he orders his “convicts” to line up, facing away from the audience, with their hands behind their heads.
While he glances at the crowd, the little boys start wiggling their bums to the music again, and the audience goes wild.
The little police officer runs from side to side in frustration.
The audience is well and truly on their side by now, and we know they’d be the memorable act of the night if they were finished now.
But they’re not done yet!
The convicts stand in a line, holding hands, with the police officer standing in the middle.
One of the convicts lies on his front between the police officer’s legs, grinning at the crowd.
When the little boys run in to bow and wave, they get nothing short of a standing ovation.
