Kids can be a lot of work. Although they don’t usually mean to make their parent’s lives any tougher than they already are… they often do. Luckily for the parents, their children’s efforts aren’t usually maliscious. The kids are just learning from and experimenting with their relatively new world. However, if the kids are being totally honest, some part of them may enjoy watching mom and dad freak out just a little bit. Check out this list of 45 kids who are happy to entertain their parent’s last nerve and be sure to share it with a friend!

4. Yum
As a parent, you get used to much grosser things than this. It’s pretty icky, but almost any mom or dad would just fish it out and keep going.
5. Please stop talking

When one dad got tired of his kids misplacing the remotes, he came up with a genius solution. It might not look pretty, but he’d reached his breaking point.

22. They started counting
Three-year-old kids are masters of the question “Why?” One parent decided to keep track of how many times their toddler asked it in a day. No caption needed.
23. The one time they forgot
This parent thought they could take a quick shower and for once, they forgot to put the baby gate up. What harm is just once, right?
