1. This baby is better at sit-ups than I am
This sweet baby is really good at doing sit-ups. Of course, when you only weigh 15 pounds, it’s probably much easier to pull yourself up. But we’ll still give him credit.

This little girl is stretching alongside her mom, and she’s already showing some impressive flexibility. Of course, it helps when you don’t have fully-formed bones.

It’s important to have fitness role models, people you can look up to and follow. For this baby, it’s their daddy. What better role model could you possibly have?
58. Yoga is hard
It’s hard not to topple over when you’re doing yoga — especially when you’re just starting out. And then consider this baby hasn’t developed their coordination quite yet. They’ll get there.
59. Look at her go
Plenty of moms are fitness role models, too. This little girl is bound and determined to follow her mom’s lead. She’s already making great progress.
60. Mutual assistance
Working out with a buddy is all about helping one another — you help me and I help you. This little guy is doing his workout while also helping his dad improve on his.
