1. This baby is better at sit-ups than I am

This sweet baby is really good at doing sit-ups. Of course, when you only weigh 15 pounds, it’s probably much easier to pull yourself up. But we’ll still give him credit.

4. What’s this exercise called?

Sometimes, kids burn energy by dashing back and forth until the drop. This little guy decided to put his own spin on things by also head-butting the couch. I guess it was the day to work those neck muscles.

6. Toddler vs. treadmill

We all loved to play on treadmills while growing up, and most of us remember what it’s like to go flying off of them. Hopefully, everything ended happily with this little girl’s workout.

9. Can you plank like this baby?

Planking is much harder than it looks, as you’ve learned if you’ve ever tried it. Maybe it’s easier for babies considering they have tiny bodies and bendy bones. Not so much for adults.

10. Give it a heave

Lifting a kettlebell is hard but this baby’s determined. That’s the same kind level of commitment adult athletes use. He’s just not quite there yet.
