This sweet baby is really good at doing sit-ups. Of course, when you only weigh 15 pounds, it’s probably much easier to pull yourself up. But we’ll still give him credit.
2. Squats with Dad
This little guy is thrilled to be doing some squats with his dad. Now, you probably shouldn’t exercise with a lollipop in your hand. But hey, we all have to start somewhere.
3. Don’t lick the ground between push-ups
When this little girl saw her dad doing push-ups, she was eager to take part in the fun. However, he had to stop her from licking the concrete every time she went down.
4. What’s this exercise called?
Sometimes, kids burn energy by dashing back and forth until the drop. This little guy decided to put his own spin on things by also head-butting the couch. I guess it was the day to work those neck muscles.
5. The Bumbo is a nice touch
Don’t you wish you could lift while sitting in a Bumbo seat? It’d make exercising much easier and more comfortable. You might get some strange looks at the gym, though.
6. Toddler vs. treadmill
We all loved to play on treadmills while growing up, and most of us remember what it’s like to go flying off of them. Hopefully, everything ended happily with this little girl’s workout.
7. Don’t look at the rolls
You’ve got to start somewhere when it comes to working out. It’s okay if your body doesn’t look gym-ready. Just take your lead from this baby and his adorable rolls.
8. Now that’s impressive
This little guy managed to do real sit-ups with his mom’s help. I don’t know what’s more impressive: that he’s only a few months old or that he can do more sit-ups than me.
9. Can you plank like this baby?
Planking is much harder than it looks, as you’ve learned if you’ve ever tried it. Maybe it’s easier for babies considering they have tiny bodies and bendy bones. Not so much for adults.
10. Give it a heave
Lifting a kettlebell is hard but this baby’s determined. That’s the same kind level of commitment adult athletes use. He’s just not quite there yet.
11. Now that’s an exercise routine I can get behind
Everyone’s new favorite thing should be babies walking on treadmills. This little guy found a good way to stay upright on that moving belt: he brought his walker with him.
12. He learns from the best
I bet you had no idea that you needed to see a video of a toddler imitating the Rocky training montage. He’s got lofty fitness goals since he’s trying to keep up with Sylvester Stallone.
13. Eye of the Tiger
Here’s yet another baby who’s crushing it on sit-ups. She’s only 6 months old but she can already lift herself up like an expert. It’s getting down again that’s a challenge.
14. This kid is going to crush it
When professional trainer Charlie Todd posted a video of his son Landon doing push-ups, the internet lost its mind. Baby Landon is well on his way to catching up with his athletic dad.
15. Now that’s motivation
Everyone needs support while exercising. This dad found the best person to cheer him on. His toddler daughter was happy to help motivate him while he did some push-ups.

It’s fun to exercise when you’re small enough to get tossed around. This dad might’ve stumbled on the best way to get his son interested in being fit for the rest of his life — having fun.
17. Get moving
This dad had a great way to get his son ready to work out. Their routine starts with getting all the wiggles out. Then they drop for push-ups.

This toddler girl is holding her own with her dad. She’s able to hang onto the bar and follow his lead with some leg exercises. When it comes to fitness, she’ll go a long way.
19. Hold on tight
Are you looking for some baby strengthening exercises? Just take a leaf out of this dad’s book and let them fly through the air while you hold your infant up. They’ll have a blast.
20. I believe that’s downward dog
Babies seem to copy yoga poses without prompting. Often, if they see a yoga routine, they’re likely to catch on quickly and start doing the poses themselves. I guess it’s a natural talent.
21. She’s trying so hard
This tiny girl is trying her hardest to lift herself up. You can see the effort on her little face. Luckily, she’s got the best cheerleader in the world motivating her — her dad.
22. Does this count as exercise?
I think this could count as a core strengthening exercise. Dad holds the baby by the legs and swings him into the yoga ball. Now, who wants to volunteer to lift me?
23. She’s got a great support team
This adorable little girl is working hard at perfecting her sit-ups. She’s got a grandfather cheering her on every step of the way. It’s important to be supported in your fitness goals.

25. Those little legs are going
This baby is so determined to lift weights with his older sibling that his legs are going wild. It’s an arm and leg exercise all in one.
26. That’s concentration
When it comes to working out, this little guy isn’t doing anything halfway. You can see the focus and effort on his face as he pulls himself up. Come on, he’s a professional.
27. He’s a born yogi
This cute guy is doing an impressive yoga routine. He throws in a plank and some downward dog. He’ll be leading a baby yoga class before long.
28. That’s one way to dance
Dancing is great for cardio, and it gives people the chance to be free about expressing themselves. You can dance however you want…even if that’s on all fours with your butt in the air.
29. Let’s fly
We all played “airplane” when we were kids, you know, flying on our parent’s legs through the air. But this little guy is reinventing the game. Actually, he’s just jumping on Dad’s back during his workout.
30. I sense a disaster
When you put your baby on a yoga ball, you’ve got to be prepared for them to go flying. And he did — but Dad managed to slow him down a bit before he hit the floor.
31. Like father, like daughter
When this cutie saw her dad doing push-ups, she was determined to join in. She has a good example, so she’ll probably enjoy exercising throughout her life.
32. Watch out for spit-up
Bouncing your baby on an exercise ball might seem like fun, but watch out. Those baby tummies can be sensitive. You don’t want to be puked on.
33. She’s imitating the soldiers
When this little girl saw the military men and women on the field, she immediately started imitating them. She went up and down in time and even got into the push-up position.
34. He loves the spotlight
Little William is only 2 years old but he’s already comfortable in the spotlight. He prefers his workout to be dance-based. And it’s no wonder since his parents are professional dancers.
35. Anything you can do, I can do too
Often, the younger sibling in a family wants to be like their older brother or sister. After seeing her sister doing yoga, this sweet baby wanted to join in.
36. She’s ready for her aerobics class
This baby is kicking it old school, literally. She looks like she’s doing some old-time calisthenics. But as dated as the exercises are, she’s still a total cutie.
37. Just follow my lead
After seeing Mom start doing exercises on a yoga ball, this little boy wanted to do the same. He’s watching her so carefully to make sure he gets everything right.
38. Just like Dad
This little guy watched his dad do some push-ups, and now it’s his turn. It just goes to show how much kids look up to their parents, even at such a young age.
39. Knees high
Dad is teaching his two boys how to do some cardio exercises, like jump rope and knee-highs. They might not have his abilities yet, but they’re working hard.
40. She’ll get there
It’s so sweet to see how babies love watching their parents work out. They already want to be just like them. Maybe in a few years, she’ll be giving him a run for his money.
