We’ve all heard that parents have nothing but the best for their children. That is why it’s kind of unbelievable when we hear that there are parents who abandoned their children and chose to turn their backs on their parental obligations.
Regardless of their reasons – it’s unfair for their kids.
What’s more saddening is even some babies who are not capable of taking care of themselves have also experienced this ruthlessness.
The story of a young girl from Russia is exactly like this.
Liza Verbitskaya had tough babyhood. She was left by her own parents alone at an unused house. This kid was born in a city in Russia – which is called Yaroslavl.
Thankfully, a neighbor did not ignore it when he heard some cries from the house which had no signs of being occupied.
This neighbor unhesitatingly called the police when he felt that there was something wrong about that house where all the sobs were coming from.
When the police got to the deserted house, the only one they found there was the baby who was in a very poor condition. Unfortunately, the people who used to live there had taken everything with them excluding the pitiful little baby.
The police identified the kid as Liza.
Upon rescuing her from that place, they immediately began looking for her parents and took her to the hospital for her recovery. However, no one knew about her parents’ whereabouts.
Then, a woman named Inna Nika entered to Liza’s life.
It all started when Inna had been attending to her sick son. One day, a scream from a baby caught her attention. She decided to see it for herself and found baby Liza. She felt a maternal pull towards her and it also urged her to visit her regularly giving her clothes, toys, and food.
However, during one of her visits, Liza was not in the hospital.
She found out that the baby who endeared her had been strong enough to be discharged from the hospital.
Inna felt empty after not seeing little Liza for awhile.
She wanted to see her again and decided to look for her. She found out that Liza was sent to an orphanage after spending such a long time in the hospital.
All the longing that she felt for Liza just meant one thing – she wanted to adopt her and be her guardian for a lifetime.
After all the hard work and dedication with the paperwork, Inna was the little girl’s new adoptive mom.
When Liza was nearly two years old, she showed some signs of being traumatized by her horrible past. The kid did not like loud noises and she also had a hard time learning to chew food. It was a hard experience for her.
But her mommy Inna has been there to do guide her every step of the way.
Inna did everything to completely heal her from that traumatic past. She enrolled her in a dance school and that helped Liza a lot to have confidence.
She also helped Liza to pursue what she wants.
With Liza’s stunning beauty, she won some talent shows as well as beauty contests. Aside from that, she also had the chance to become a children’s clothes model. She has achieved a lot of things at a young age with the help of Inna.
Because of her success and popularity, her biological mother was able to trace her and even wanted to contact her. However, it was Liza’s decision not to get in touch with her.
No matter what happened to her in the past, it’s relieving to know that Liza has grown up into an amazing girl. It’s also heartwarming that she has an amazing life and an adoptive mom who will never leave her.
