Kids try their hardest not to sleep. They feel like they’ll run out of playtime when they do. But fast forward to adulthood and they’ll be wishing they took every opportunity to sleep. I know I do.
It’s the same with Leo here.
Mom Lisa Jones shared this video of her adorable baby doing his best to stay awake. The little dude is in his car seat facing mom and her camera. Leo’s got that little half smile going for mom but his eyes are betraying him.
Handsome little fellow, isn’t he?
Those eyes are drooping and for every moment they’re about to shut, Leo perks up and gives his mom a naughty smile. It’s like the kid is showing his mom just how tough he is.

See, Leo doesn’t just do it once or twice. As long as he’s awake, he’ll fight it!
He may regret it someday…
Leo is out in three… two… one… Nope! This kid really knows how to get to his mom’s heart. His antics have gotten him over 7.2 million views too! And all he did was to try and not fall asleep.
See, us adults would just instantly doze off every chance we get. We all regret not wanting to sleep as kids. And now sleep is difficult.

Leo has that charming smile. He’s a future heart breaker for sure.
That face is pure prankster. It’s like he begins to close his eyes then quickly opens them as if to say, “Just kidding, I’m up!“
Leo is torn between his happy dreamland and staying awake so he can be with mommy. Lisa is laughing but moms out there know how frustrating it can be to put a child to sleep. Especially when the child doesn’t want to.
Leo is a real charmer.
Lisa whispers an “I love you” to her adorable son as he starts to close his eyes again. But Leo is not out for the count. He raises his head, opens his eyes, and smiles once again. Such a cute boy!
Now there are many reasons for a bay to fight sleep. Most of them end up with lots of tears or an upset child. Leo’s case is different. He’s the only one who knows why he was trying not to sleep. But everyone’s loving it whatever it may be!
