Babies. Their innocence is something that people just cannot resist.
Having a baby will change your life for the better. Sure, it can be a tough adjustment for all of us, but the reward of seeing that tiny bundle of joy smile at you is priceless.
Being a parent will give you a different outlook on life. You start seeing things differently, your definition of love changes, and most of all, your priorities change.
Of course, being a parent is also not a walk in the park. In fact, it’s very tough and will require you to extend your patience – a hundred folds. Expect sleepless nights, less time for yourself, say goodbye to TGIF nights, and expect to feel extra tired every day.
However, any parent will also tell you that all of those sleepless nights are definitely worth it once you see your child smile at you. Your heart will surely melt at the sight of your child looking at you full of love.

Meet Emily Ruth
This is exactly what Michael and Daniel felt when their daughter, Emily Ruth, came to their lives.
It has been a while since Mike and Dan felt that they were ready to be parents. They knew it was time for them to have a child of their own, and all they wanted was to meet their bundle of joy.
One day, they received the news that they have been waiting for. It was April of 2014 when the couple received a call that a newborn baby girl was up for adoption.
They immediately knew that this was the sign that they have been waiting for. Soon, Dan and Mike went home with a baby girl that they named Emily Ruth.
A very happy baby
Of course, they knew that this baby would complete their family, but little did they know that their daughter would become such a happy baby!
Last September 18, 2014, Dan and Mike uploaded a video that went viral. In the said video was their 5-month old daughter, Emily Ruth.
“Five-month-old Princess Emily Ruth is the ultimate happy baby. Always laughing and giggling, this morning we decided to video her waking up. She wakes up with a smile, goes all day with a smile, and falls asleep with a smile,” the couple posted on their YouTube video caption.
Morning routine
The sweet video starts as one of them walks into “Princess Emily’s” pink room. There, he turns on the lights, and we see a beautiful round crib, complete with toys and a pink bed. Just then, we see the adorable Emily sleeping.

As one of her dads turns on the light, little Emily’s eyes open, and then instead of crying, she gives her dad a beautiful welcoming smile.
Most babies of this age would probably cry, but Emily was different.
“Here’s the world’s happiest baby, good morning princess, good morning sunshine,” her dad greets her.
What a wonderful way to start the day! Now, we know why Emily is such a sweet baby!
A special bond between dad and Emily
Little princess Emily starts to stretch while she gives her daddy a beautiful smile as if returning his greeting.
Just then, Emily’s proud daddy zooms in the camera to capture the child’s sweet smile, she opens her eyes wide, and she captivates us even more.
Cuteness overload!
Emily’s dad then starts engaging her in a conversation, he asks her about what they should do to start their day, and Emily listens, and as if she understands what her father is telling her.
“Are we gonna go sit and read the newspaper together now? Yeah, we’ll have our cup of coffee and you have your cup of formula and we’ll read the paper?”
She responds with another adorable smile.
Happy smiles that last throughout the day
We’re pretty sure that this family will have a wonderful day ahead. It’s always nice to start each day with a smile and a positive approach in life.
Starting your day with a smile, sharing positive experiences, and just by sharing a sweet message can make a huge difference. No wonder this little girl grew up to be a fun-loving, adorable, happy little girl.
