Jerk In Parking Lot Is Rude To Mom And Kids, Doesn't Think She'll Dump Dirty Diaper On His Car
How would you have reacted in her situation?

You know those people who just act inconsiderately even when it’s easy to do the right thing?

Sure, almost anyone can be rude without really meaning to, but some people go out of their way to be jerks. Well, British blogger and mom Alexandra Gerrard was not in the mood to deal with people like that a few months ago. And what she did to get revenge on the rude man she encountered has many people wishing they had come up with such a good idea.

She and her two twin sons had decided to visit the boys’ dad at work.

They brought him lunch, let the boys look around, and then headed back to the car so they could go home. But as she was about to leave the parking lot, Gerrard noticed something unusual.

In England, parking lots frequently feature baby and parent parking spaces. These are kind of like reserved handicapped spaces, but instead of being for handicapped people, they are for people with children. This helps moms and dads get their kids out the car more easily, especially when the kids are young. As any parent knows, it’s not always easy getting kids into and out of the store, so it’s really helpful for those who are in a rush or, like Gerrard, have young kids to deal with.

As she was getting in her car, a man without a child pulled into the baby and parent parking space right next to her.

He pulled in so fast that it actually scared Gerrard. She didn’t know why he was in such a hurry, and she decided to say something to him.

She looked at the man and politely said:

“I’m sorry, you may not have noticed, but these are parent and baby spaces.”

She thought that maybe he hadn’t realized the kind of parking space he was pulling into, so she thought that she could just point it out to him.

But the rude man was not having any of it. He basically told her that it wasn’t his problem if parents with babies wanted to park there. He didn’t care if it was more difficult for them to get into the store. He just wanted to walk in and not worry about how he was affecting anyone else.

In the process, he was incredibly rude to Alexandra.

He called her fat, threw expletives at her, and made her furious. She was just trying to stick up for other parents and wasn’t being rude at all, and this man had the audacity to use incredibly rude language and take up a spot that he wasn’t entitled to.

Well, Gerrard had a solution. One of her little boys had just soiled his diaper. And even though she wouldn’t have done this under any other circumstance, she just had to use that diaper to get back at the man that had so little regard for others.

That’s when she took off her baby’s soiled diaper and put it right on the rude man’s windshield.

She held it in place with his windshield wiper. Another woman was passing the car when she did this. Apparently, the other woman had also heard the conversation between the two because she wholeheartedly agreed with what Gerrard did. She even laughed at it.

Even though Gerrard didn’t get to stick around long enough to see the man’s reaction, she felt pretty good about what she had decided to do. After all, she did teach this man a lesson. Maybe next time, he won’t feel like he is entitled to parking spaces that aren’t for him, and maybe other people like him on the internet will get the message.
