Some people underestimate children and think that they aren’t capable of doing certain things as well as adults. Well, there are some things that kids can do that other adults just can’t.
For 9-year-old Alex Mills that something is gymnastic and the adult is her dad Ash Mills.
Alex is an amazing gymnast. She flips, twirls, and jumps with ease perfectly landing all of her moves with grace. But when her dad attempts to do the same moves, well, he struggles.
To put it more accurately, he fails miserably.
The 41-year-old Australian father put together a hilarious compilation of him attempting to mimic his daughter’s moves. When you’re not laughing at this video you’re squirming because it really looks like this poor guy is getting hurt.
According to Caters News, he was only truly hurt once.
“I was doing a flip on a trampoline and I shot backwards and hit the edge of it,” he said. “That really hurt.”
The first clip shows him trying to do multiple cartwheels at once. He tries four times but falls flat on his face each and every time. Then he tries a simple flip over a bar, but his weight proves to be too much for him to complete the job at first.
But he eventually gets it.
Then he spins on the ball of his foot on a balance beam and nails the move as his family applauds. He actually beat his daughter in the length of time he could hold a handstand.
Watching him try and do cartwheels on a giant trampoline is just outright ridiculous as he makes some of his landings but kind of just flops around.
Next, he does some backflips off of a tiny trampoline in his living room. Though he lands most of them, he does so painfully. It makes you wonder why this guy is doing this to himself.
“Global domination!!” he jokingly writes on Facebook. “Anything for a hit of a laugh!”
It p’srobably to bond with his daughter, which makes him alright in our book.

Fail is absolutely right!
