Having a newborn baby in the house is wonderful. But a tiny baby can be a handful. Especially for new parents, it takes a little bit of time to figure out what the different cries mean. After all, the only way an infant can tell you what they need is by fussing or crying. Even then, there are times when no matter what you do, they’re not happy.
A fussy baby
That was what one mom experienced. Her adorable baby wasn’t in the best mood. She changed his diaper, fed, him, and provided lots of snuggles. But none of that seemed to help.
The pouty lip
Talking to him softly and lovingly seemed to help a little bit. But even then, he looked up at her with sad eyes and a pouty lip. We’re sure this mom tried not to laugh at his pathetic expression but you have to admit it’s kind of funny.
A brilliant idea
This mom had tried just about everything but still wasn’t able to calm her baby down. Then, she came up with an amazing idea. While it was certainly unconventional, the outcome was exactly what she hoped for. So, what was it? A head massager.
Relaxing massages
Most babies love to get massages. Usually, that involves gently rubbing their legs, arms, and back. However, this mom went in a different direction. She chose to massage her infant’s head using a specially-designed tool.
Immediate response
The minute she started to massage her baby’s head using the tool, he reacted positively. While he wasn’t smiling quite yet, his fussing stopped. She was amazed at how quickly this simple thing worked.
There’s the smile
As she continued massaging his head, his entire attitude started to change. It was only a matter of seconds before he grinned. This is unbelievable and something that every parent should consider.
The smile grows
The longer she massages his head the bigger his smile becomes. Who would’ve thought something like a head massager tool would have such a huge impact? But as this video shows, it does…at least for this little guy.
Drifting off
The main objective was to stop her baby from crying. But the longer she massaged his head, she noticed something else. He began to close his eyes. This tool was so relaxing that it was now making him feel sleepy.
In La La Land
It wasn’t long before he was almost completely asleep. The funniest thing was that as he drifted off, he never stopped smiling. In fact, his smile only became bigger. As you can imagine, this was such a relief for his mom.
Pure joy
That face says it all. He’s so comfortable and incredibly happy. To all you parents out there, now you know what to try if you have a baby that won’t stop fussing or crying. Invest in a head massager. As you can see, it works amazingly well. This infant is so precious.
That didn’t last long…
…the nap, that is. As for this baby staying happy, yes, that never wavered. Now, he appears to be wide awake and happier than ever. For this mom, finding a way to comfort her infant meant everything in the world. Hopefully, this will prevent issues in the future.
