Is there anything cuter than the first moments between parents and their newborns? It’s an absolutely fantastic journey to witness, and you can just look at the sheer joy and excitement on the faces of mommy and daddy. Of course, there’s no reason why this shouldn’t apply to dogs as well, just take a look at these two amazing and new golden retriever parents!
They just had a litter of puppies and won’t let their newborn puppies out of their sight. Seeing how they take care of their precious babies is about the cutest thing ever!
Canines, and especially golden retrievers, can have a very special bond with their children. They’ll do anything for them when they’re still tiny and fragile and they definitely feel a huge responsibility to take care of them as best as they can. Mommy dogs will often cuddle and nurture their pups, while daddy keeps on eye on what they’re doing and will protect them no matter what.
All dogs and their newborns are immensely cute, but these two four-footers managed to capture the hearts of over 13,5 million viewers!
In the video that massively went viral, we see two new and proud retriever parents looking after their litter of seven pups who were just welcomed to the world. Their human mom and dad gave them a unique color-coded collar so they could keep track of the little ones.
These puppies definitely still have to adjust to this big and wonderful world and don’t have all the necessary motor skills yet to move around. That’s not a problem, however, because they’ve got two amazing parents who look after them around the clock. Most of them can’t open their eyes yet or move their legs, but they’re absolutely adorable little furballs nonetheless.
The sight of mommy and daddy laying amongst each other and looking at their children with nothing but love is truly heartwarming.
Even though these seven puppies were just born, you can definitely see a few of their cheeky and playful personalities developing already! For example, just take a look at the pup with the green collar, who is already showing his adventurous side and wants to wander off from the rest of the group to explore the house.
After a little while, mommy gets tired and that leaves dad to watch the puppies. How sweet is the daddy when he gently puts his face on her to comfort her while resting!
A bit later in the video, we see one of the pups resting underneath mommy’s neck, and the expression on the puppy’s face is just too sweet.
Just look at that little tongue!
You can tell that both parents are incredibly proud of their newborn puppies, and we’re pretty sure that they’ll grow up in a very happy and affectionate environment.
