Breaking news just in.
A terrorist has taken over a room in what can only be perceived as an act of defiance towards his mom.
It’s classic terrible twos from this toddler who was throwing a good one, it prompted his mother, former news reporter Kayla Sullivan, to record the moment on TikTok like a news report.
And it is pure genius.
Her previous career saw her as a TV political reporter for FOX59 and CBS4Indy, along with being a news anchor for WLFI hence her impressive reporting on the popular platform.
This video has 18.6 million views and counting on TikTok. And all because of Allan.
“Reporting live from outside my son’s bedroom where he is currently being detained until naptime is over,” she said. “Now this story does involve a minor so I can’t release specifics. But what I can confirm is my son is a 2-year-old terrorist who held me hostage at the Olive Garden earlier today.
She continued,
“It’s important to note the friends I met there do NOT have children and likely never will after witnessing this situation first hand.”
The former TV anchor continues with her impressive reporting, saying,
“After several cries demanding quote ‘chet-chup’ a good Samaritan waitress miraculously understood it as the English word ketchup and brought him a bottle. Unfortunately, her good deed was later punished after he threw a ketchup covered fork at her. Not all heroes wear capes, but this one should have worn an apron. You know, these toddler outbursts are becoming increasingly common, as more and more parents try out the new craze ‘gentle parenting’ and completely suck at it.”
A two year old can cause this much trouble. Really.
Sullivan began her TikTok journey by challenging other users to try out their “news reporter voice”. It is her bread and butter, so most of her videos are hits. But nothing like this one!
And she only shares how her kid is just like any toddler. Meltdowns and tantrums are inevitable.
But it really is the age for emotional development. That’s a small human having to deal with a variety of emotions they can’t process yet, so there will be explosions here and there.
Often times, it’s over the smallest things like, “Chet-chup”.
And if you think it ends at two, wait until they turn three.
A terrorist a two, still a terrorist at three. But, and this is according to Kayla, he really is a sweet kid. All of them are, and all they need are understanding parents who can deal with those meltdowns.
Her microphone just makes the whole reporting gig better!
It’s a viral video that you just have to see!
