Parents make a lot of sacrifices for their children and will do just about anything for them.
And kids have no qualms when it comes to making weird requests.
And little Audrey of Missouri did not give a crap when it came to making one of the weirdest requests we’ve ever heard… a poop-themed birthday party.
Audrey’s mom Rebecca tried to sway her daughter in a different direction, such as a Daniel Tiger party, but she was adamant about what she wanted.
And she wanted a poop party.
“For months, every time we mentioned her party, Audrey requested ‘poop balloons and a poop cake,’” she told The Huffington Post. “I tried suggesting other themes, but she always insisted on poop.”
So… poop emoji party it was. Audrey’s parents purchased poop ballons and got a poop shaped pinata filled with… yup, Tootsie Rolls and Hershey’s Kisses.

Rebecca set up a game of pin the poop in the toilet bowl for the kids to play and sent them home with whoopie cushions as party favors.
“I thought that the grandparents might question it,” Rebecca told CBS News, “But they were totally on board. All of our family and friends were. It makes me grateful that we’re surrounded by such supportive people.”
All of the party guests thought that the theme was just hilarious.
“Audrey is definitely her own person,” she told Huffington Post. “I hope she always has the confidence she has now. She is so funny and the best big sister.”
Rebecca is glad that she “embraced the weird” and gave her daughter the party of her dreams.
“I feel like in this time of Facebook and Pinterest, we sometimes get caught up in trying to impress other adults,” she said. “This party wasn’t for me, it was for Audrey. I love that we will look back at pictures, and it will represent her at 3 ― my funny and quirky little girl.”
In a world that tries to take away your individuality, Rebecca said she is glad she can help encourage her daughter to be herself.
“I just love how confident she is. She’s just always herself,” Rebecca says. “When she’s older she’ll have plenty of people trying to tell her what’s cool and what isn’t. We just wanted to embrace the weird now. Because we think she’s awesome.”
