Moms do a lot for their families. They prepare their food, clean up the house, wash the dishes, and so much more. With so many things they have to finish on a daily basis, people often think that moms don’t have the time to loosen up and have fun.
One mom is going viral on the internet.
It’s not because of a clever organizing hack or a secret recipe. Her video’s not even about cleaning the house or a little-known parenting hack.
The short clip shows the woman dancing her heart out!
With her hair tied in a bun, the young mom was busy cleaning the kitchen. There wasn’t anything special about what she was wearing. In fact, it was very plain.
What made the video special was her moves.
She wasn’t just swaying her arms or tapping her feet away. The mom was actually shaking her booty and it was amusing to watch.
Considering her moves, it’s safe to say that the mom used to be a really good dancer during her younger days. Her moves were smooth. The way she’s moving her hips was really nice, too. Not a lot of moms can do that!
She was really feeling the song.
The woman was so focused on cleaning the kitchen and busting her awesome moves that she didn’t even realize that she was being filmed. Well, you can’t blame her. With that kind of music, it’s easy to get lost in its beat.
Then, she saw her son.
Her reaction when she got caught was way better than her dance moves. Honestly, it’s quite hilarious.
Her son asked:
“What are you doing?”
After realizing that her son was there, the woman squealed.
And right after that short but high-pitched scream, she quickly hid. For sure, she felt embarrassed after getting caught booty shaking in the kitchen.
The woman’s video has been viewed nearly 150,000 times.
Most of the people who’ve seen the short clip didn’t find any reason for the woman to be embarrassed. In fact, they were cheering her on.

There’s nothing wrong with what the woman did.
It’s actually a good thing. Dancing has so many benefits. It improves cardiovascular health, boosts mood, and enhances balance.
And with so many things moms do for their families, they shouldn’t be embarrassed to do what they love. They can dance, sing, or even do silly things whenever they want. It’s their right and their kids shouldn’t make them feel like they’re doing a crime each time they loosen up.
