“We need ‘sketti. What else?”
Get ready to watch and hear the cutest thing you could ever imagine. It’s all thanks to a woman named Chrystal Logsdon, her insanely adorable son, and a cell phone camera recording a very sweet and priceless moment.
It’s time to go the grocery store in the Logsdon household and Chrystal is having her son help “write” the grocery list. With a notepad and pen in hand, the little boy adorably repeats his mom’s requests in a thick southern accent and pretends to write them down.
This crazy cute video went viral immediately after it was uploaded. Since then, it’s garnered over 5.4 million views.
The shopping list seems to start with what sounds like eggs, and then his mom tells him that they’ll also need to buy some strawberries. In a sweet southern accent, he repeats her, scribbles a few lines on the paper and follows it up with “what else?”
“We need spaghetti,” Chrystal tells him.
“We need ‘sketti, what else?” he says.
“Taco stuff,” she adds.
“We need taco ‘suff, what else?” he replies as he just gets cuter and cuter.
“Bananas,” mom adds to the list. “We need ‘nanas, what else?” His southern drawl is adorably thick.
After a few more items are “added to the list,” he seems to take a moment to pause and reflect at what he’s written down; of course, it’s just scribbling, but that’s what makes the moment so precious.
The sweet southern boy asks his mom “what else?” once more, but she’s out of items to add. Hilariously, this answer doesn’t satisfy him, and he’s certain that there are more things that need to be added to the grocery list.
The little boy wants more to add to the grocery list, but mom can’t help but giggle as she films him.
Realizing that mom is done with her shopping needs, the sweet red-haired boy turns to his dad to start asking him what he might need from the grocery store. Sadly, we’re left at a cliff-hanger before dad can respond.
The 52-second video is beyond adorable; there’s a good chance you might be watching it on repeat all day long. Not that I’d know anything about that.
