The bride and groom are the stars of the show on their big day. However, if a child is included in the wedding party – it’s possible that he or she may end up stealing the spotlight!
Perhaps you’ve seen videos of ring bearers and flower girls whose antics have guests cracking up during the ceremony. Or maybe you have your own funny story that you’ll never forget.
One video that went viral was filmed at a couple’s wedding reception. But instead of it featuring a screaming child or hilarious mishap – it revolves around a girl and her awesome dancing.
She takes over the dance floor.
Wedding receptions and dancing go together like cake and ice cream. Typically once dinner is done and the traditional events are crossed off the list, it’s time for everyone to boogie.
In this particular video, most of the guests are still seated at their tables. Justin Bieber’s song “Baby” is pumping in the background though – so it makes sense that not everyone’s able to hold back. Well, at least this kiddo can’t!
She’s a flower girl with some skills.
There are a couple of guys also on the dance floor – and it appears they’re trying to offer her support. Yet, this little lady already knows how to bust a move. In fact, she’s on fire grooving to the Biebs!
All of the other guests in view are smiling, laughing, and seem to be enjoying the show from their seats. It wouldn’t be surprising if some of them were even taking notes for when they finally hit the dance floor.
Eventually, the music switches to an even bigger hit tune.
When”Gangnam Style” fills the reception tent you can almost hear the girl saying in her own head, “Hey, they’re playing my song!” That’s because without hesitation she jumps into the iconic horse-riding moves.
Even the guy in the purple vest is unable to resist pulling out his invisible lasso right alongside her.
Interestingly, in 2012 “Gangnam Style” became the first video ever to reach one billion views on YouTube, according to Guinness World Records.
The artist PSY also earned two other world records that year, including “Gangnam Style” becoming the “most watched video online” and it racking up the “most likes.” As of now, it has over 3.7 billion views on YouTube!
The youngster isn’t afraid to be the center of attention.
Even the mere thought of getting up and dancing in front of a crowd is enough to make some of us anxious. So, it’s pretty admirable when someone has the ability to do so “like no one’s watching.”
The girl nails her “Gangnam Style” moves and has the guests going wild. No wonder she had the dance floor to herself – how would you compete?
Yep, she’s definitely one of those flower girls who managed to steal the spotlight.
