There’s a time in everyone’s life when they wonder what it would be like to be an identical twin. Twins seem to have the most amazing relationship. Some even claim to have a psychic connection with each other.
Okay, so I’m not sure about all the weird psychic stuff.
But still. As a kid, I always thought it would be fun to have a twin to trick other people. Dressing up in each other’s clothes, taking tests for the other at school. I don’t know, maybe I’ve just read too many installments of Sweet Valley High.
The more I see the following videos though, I’m starting to learn I’m not the only one intrigued by the idea of twin pranks. In fact, twins actually do like to trick their families and friends— and their latest victims? Adorable, little babies.
When babies meet twins, their minds instantly explode.
It makes them question their sanity and wonder if what they’re seeing is real. And, in the end, it makes for some pretty hilarious footage.
Poor, little Landon had this experience when he met twin girls for the first time.
The video, which was filmed by an anonymous American family, shows the tiny toddler grappling with the concept of twins while his parents film the priceless introduction.
Clad in grey cut-offs and a button-down shirt, Landon sits in an armchair sandwiched between two matching twin girls.
At the beginning of the video, Landon watches the crying twin on his right.
He then turns to see the other twin, sporting a matching polka-dot dress and white headband.
Here’s where it gets good. After observing both sisters, Landon is left completely gobsmacked.
The confused toddler swivels his head back and forth trying to figure out if he’s seeing one person or two.
His expression boasts a combination of cluelessness and helplessness— and of course, his amused parents aren’t about to help him out. They sit there, capturing the scene without any interruptions.
Finally, Landon looks straight into the camera with a look of bewilderment that has everyone cracking up.
As mentioned, Landon’s reaction is common. Baby brains are just not equipped to make sense of tricky twins. Back in 2016, Stephen Ratpokanakul captured a similar video, showcasing the first time his son met his twin brother. As you can imagine, it made for some hilarious results. It currently sits at 22M views.
Since being uploaded to Rumble, Landon’s hilarious reaction has been viewed more than 33 million times.
The little guy doesn’t have the best poker face, and his hilarious expressions betray his confusion. Between twin babies and a bewildered toddler, the cuteness levels of this video are straight off the charts.
