If there’s one thing that young siblings can be — it’s sneaky. Just watch brothers Oliver and Finn in this adorable viral video.
The Lanning Family runs a blog and YouTube Channel called Daily Bumps. The family likes to document and post stories of the daily joys and struggles of raising young kids. Sometimes, the videos that come from their nanny cams catch more than they bargained for and they turn out to be internet gold.
In this hilarious nanny cam footage, younger brother Finn is stuck behind the high four walls of his crib. It’s not long until older brother Oliver comes running into the room to see what the fuss is about. Noticing his baby brother wants out, Oliver starts to brainstorm.
After surveying the situation, Oliver grabs a nearby chair to help Finn scale the walls of the crib. But first, he’ll need to show him how to do it.
Oliver throws the plastic chair into the crib and climbs inside. After steadily balancing the wobbly chair on the crib mattress, Oliver hops on as little Finn watches from the sidelines. The Lanning parents are lucky that their kids get along so well, but they also appear to be double trouble!
“Do this!” Oliver instructs his little brother as he hops onto the chair and over the side of the crib.
Hilariously, the toddler looks directly up and into the nanny cam before he mischievously follows his big brother’s lead.
“You can do it!” encourages Oliver from down on the floor.
Finn climbs on the chair but seems a bit nervous about hopping over the side of the wall. Once again, Oliver is there to support and encourage him by instructing his baby brother to jump down to him. After a bit more hesitation, Finn starts to slowly lift his body up and over the crib wall.
Oliver grabs his baby brother from underneath the shoulders and helps pull him down safely to the ground. Surprisingly, the two little boys only had a soft tumble on the ground before they were up and running out the bedroom door. But, of course, not before a few more words of support from Oliver.
“You got it Finn!” the doting big brother said after their successful escape.
Watching the hilarious video of these two tricky siblings below, it’s clear that the Lanning family has their work cut out for them. Keep those nanny cams rolling!
