You’re laying in bed and the TV is blaring. You’re half asleep and the remote is at the other end of the room. Getting up would shake you from your semi-snooze, but the TV is too loud to actually fall asleep. It’s a conundrum that all of us have faced at some point.
But what if you had The Force?
The telekinetic powers made famous in the sci-fi series “Star Wars” could solve so many of our problems. In the movies, access to The Force was only bestowed upon a special, select few.
And for this toddler, he thinks he may have stumbled upon the secret gift. His family sits on an airport bench as they relax during a hectic day of travel, but the little Jedi has much bigger issues on his mind.
You see, he’s suddenly discovered his incredible powers. He moves his hand towards the airport doors, and they open! Shocked, he looks towards his parents, who can only laugh in amusement at the entire thing.
He puts his hands down and the doors slowly swing to a close. Hmm, he must be thinking. Perhaps if I put my hands up again, they’ll move.
Sure enough, the doors sway open as the toddler extends his tiny arm. Powers confirmed! The Force is within. He even gives himself a quick round of applause for joining the ranks of the Jedi at such a tender age. A rising star, no doubt.
Of course, it’s an automatic door with a sensor to help passengers quickly move through the threshold. But likely every door this boy has encountered has been pushed open by a human arm, or at the very least, slides open only when you’re right in front of it.
Without question, The Force is the only likely explanation for this strange incident. I’m sure he couldn’t wait to try his new powers out on the various objects outside the airport doors.
He probably soon realized his incredible skills work only in that one specific location, but perhaps he’s still out there, shuffling the world around with his tiny hand.
