When you’re packing gains, you absolutely need to show them off. You did work hard for them, after all. What’s the use of all that dieting and exercise if you’re just going to hide the results?

They don’t know how hard leg day is, or how deceptively easy-looking a plank is. Your massive leg gains and toned abs are going to be their reminder of that.

Plus, everyone deserves to know how much you spent on protein shakes for the last few months. All that exercise won’t do much without proper diet and supplement. That means lots of protein and as little trans fat and calories as possible.

And as some people say, it’s never to early to start. You’ll get older with or without getting buff. Might as well take the chance.

Look at 8-month old Hadley flexing his gains in the mirror. He removed his shirt and everything so we know he isn’t playing around. His dad is obviously intimidated. I mean, look at him.

What an insane contest of strength. Honestly, feels impossible to tell who’s winning.

The kid grunts and shouts as he flexes because he can just feel the strength flowing through his veins. His dad though, can’t help but laugh at how adorable it is. He’s a future muscle tank in the making.

If you want to look like a DC or Marvel superhero or Shounen manga character by the time you’re 17, then you better start early. You might not have super soldier serum, Saiyan energy or Stand powers but at least you’ll look the part.

Just diet, do hundreds of sets on your shoulders, legs, arms and core every day, and maybe ask dad to mix some protein shakes into your Froot Loops each breakfast. In no time, you’ll be mopping the floor with the competition at bodybuilding contests. Then maybe even take on Red Skull, Frieza and DIO afterwards.

Definitely don’t use steroids though. Although he’s clearly a responsible kid who doesn’t need to be told that. The baby formula probably gives him all the protein he needs.

What about dad’s workout routine though? Maybe he gets all the workout benefits he needs from carrying a toddler around. They get big really quickly, in case you didn’t already know.

I’m willing to bet he’ll get even buffer the bigger his toddler gets.

As for the baby, he’ll be dominating the bodybuilding competitions when he’s older if he keeps at it. With about 17 more years till he can join one, he’s got plenty of time to train. You hear that, muscle bros? You’d better be ready to have your titles stolen.

Although he’s still got a bit of stage fright when he notices he’s being filmed. He was doing great the whole time, though. No one’s going to cross him when he’s at the playground.

It’s probably for the future before and after shot, little man. Don’t worry.

Once he gets over his fear of cameras, we’re all screwed. All he needs is some confidence building to go with his vigor and strength, and he’ll be yanking trees out of the ground and fighting Grizzly bears in the time it takes me to do one set of pushups.

Soon, his name will be up there with the greatest. Schwarzenegger, Ferrigno, Hemsworth, Evans, Joestar and Hadley. Let Hadley be your workout motivation today by playing the video down below.
