Just about everything a baby does is over-the-top adorable. But is there anything cuter than crawling?
It’s one of the most adorable parts of their growing up, as well as one of the very first.
Many babies tend to get the urge to start crawling around 6 – 10 months old.
You’ll know they’re about ready to give it a try when you see that age-old rocking motion on all fours with a gleam of curiosity in their eye.
Let the games begin.
This baby girl’s learning to crawl.
And who better to support her than her best friend? This eight-year-old female chocolate Labrador Retriever has taken the role of motivator for this lesson.
She’s a very patient teacher.
America’s most popular breed is friendly, loyal, and so full of love.
This good-natured girl is well-trained and has been around people since she was a puppy.
She knows a multitude of voice commands and is a very balanced, well-rounded dog just perfect for a family.
There are so many wonderful benefits to having a dog around with the baby but of course, there are some precautions to take note of.
All in all, dogs are good for us.
Consult with your pediatrician regarding your baby’s health and if it’s a good idea to have the dog around, and of course, talk to the veterinarian.

Look at that baby girl’s face!
She is determined to make it across that floor just to get to her friend.
The sweet dog has her eyes fixed on the tiny human as if to say, come to me, you can do it! She’s one strong baby. Look at those arms push her whole body up from the floor. And those legs can kick too!
She takes a page out of the great Michael Jordan’s book, sticking her tongue out in her determination to succeed.
This tiny lady is making great progress by using her knees and thighs to push herself forward, inching even closer to her furry friend. Go on!
A few adorable gurgles later and she’s made it!
What does she get in return for her efforts? A sweet, sticky Labrador kiss!
“Dog waiting patiently and then couldn’t resist the cuteness and had to come closer to praise her,” said one observant viewer.
Labradors may be known for having lots of energy, after all they were bred to be working companions.
They require lots of exercise but this good girl here maintains her composure just waiting for her human friend to come closer. They really are a gentle breed!
