They say twins have this special power unique to them. So to us non twins, we will never know and the only thing we can do is speculate. Lots of twins have shared stories, the most common being that they know when something’s up with their other half.
Thing is, there’s no proof that this mysterious twin power exists. And how could there be evidence? It’s not like it can be seen or grasped. But twins all over the world sear by it.
Girl twins, Janmare and Marjan were born at 32 weeks and are from Hidalgo, Texas.
Janmare stayed at the NICU for three weeks while Marjan stayed for two and a half. These girls loving being together and this moment caught on film could be their very first twin moment.
One of the twins is pretty upset, and as all babies do, chooses to be vocal about it. She bawls and cries, showing everyone that she’s not happy. No one knows why, naturally. Except her sister.
As she continues to cry, a small hand reaches over to grab hers.
Immediately, this baby begins to calm down. She stops crying eventually then rests her plump cheek on her sister’s arm. It’s so sweet, so adorable and we’re just thankful this moment was recorded.
“Awwwww! That is so sweet! ❤️”
Says a viewer.
Her sister surely heard her crying, hence her reaching out to comfort the twin. Any sibling would do the same. Well actually, some would end up fighting over the noise but…
It’s a start. And to think they’re babies. Now how would a baby know to reach out and comfort her sibling? Well they’re not just siblings. They’re twins! This could be the start of that twin telepathy thing people swear by.
And what exactly is telepathy?
“Telepathy is the process of assessing thoughts or feelings without help from sensory input like sight, sound, or touch.”
Now you can argue that she heard her sister but remember, she’s a baby. They don’t have that kind of instinct yet. Not unless there really is something special with twins. What do you think?

It has to be. It would be boring if we chalk it up to pure chance or coincidence. Come on, a little imagination!
Janmare and Marjan have a deeper connection that only twins understand. After all, they were literally attached to each other inside the womb during development. A whole cut down to half that still makes a whole.
Whichever way you stand with the whole twin telepathy thing, you have to admit, this is too cute. We all wish someone would hold our hand when we just want to break down and cry. These girls have got each other’s back for life.
