As the COVID-19 spread throughout the globe and the health safety measures started to be implemented in different countries, many families found themselves in a totally new reality.
Since the virus has entered our lives, we can safely say that our daily lives and routines have been severely altered. Some people took these changes with quite a positive attitude, while others had some serious issues getting adapted to these new norms.
Many countries woke up in a status of an indefinite lockdown that since last year hasn’t changed that much, with the majority of people working from home and the only stores open being those selling the essentials.
One could argue that among the people most affected by this quarantine state were the parents, especially those that had to work while trying to have their kids home-schooled on Zoom.
Our story today is about a young parent whose hilarious video about serving his toddler son a bottled Tinytini has gone viral with more than 10 million views and thousands of shares all over the world.
Meet Sany Bacsi, 36, a Hungarian bartender working at COYA in Dubai.
Sany as a young father decided to entertain his young son during the lockdown by putting to use his special bartending skills and re-enacting a bar-scene with his toddler son as his customer.
As you can see in the video, the whole thing was recorded at their “home-bar”, with his son, Sasha, and a huge teddy bear, playing the roles of the “thirsty” customers.
As Sany explained, “The choice of this particular scenario was easy and obvious to me as I have been a bartender for over 15 years, so I am very familiar with these moments”.
Everything seems highly professional and Sany even wears his bartender’s uniform which adds to the credibility of the scene.
It’s amazing how he can hold this serious face while that adorable baby is looking at him!
Sasha is first-served what seems to be a bit of gas water and a tiny cookie, while his bartender dad elaborately is preparing his bottled Tinytini. You can observe that the cute baby is totally mesmerized by his dad’s skills.
According to Sany, “Sasha’s reaction to the cocktail and the process was amazing, he was fully engaged – it’s barely visible on the video but he was constantly talking to me, demanding and instructing what to do”.
Sany is nothing less than professional with his demanding “customers” and he deliberately delivers a show only the most talented of this trade could have succeeded without cracking a smile.
This scene is just so funny and adorable at the same time!
Once the bottled Tinytini made of Similac3 growth formula and pre-boiled water is ready, Sany presents the bottle to his tiny customer who eagerly grabs it. Then Sany like any good showman bows and exits the stage, leaving his young son looking after him.
What a cute video and gesture from this young dad to his son. Hopefully, more parents will feel inspired to “play” with their children and engage them in meaningful activities, taking advantage of these difficult times and turning quarantine into something positive while bonding with their families!
