When it comes to genuine love, there are no boundaries. Especially for moms, they love their children unconditionally. This applies to all mothers, including those of celebrities.
All too often, people think of Hollywood stars more as the characters they play rather than the humans they are. Just like everyone else in the world, they have mothers who love and adore them. This point was proven in a video posted on social media that’s already been viewed more than 18 million times.
While there’s an underlying sweetness about the messages, they also seem a little on the weird side. Even celebrities have to deal with moms who send some very interesting messages. Thankfully, Jimmy Kimmel did this segment so that the rest of the world could smile and laugh at the same time.

These texts came to light on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show. He did one of these shows before. But now, he’s posted the second part of the series, which is even better than the first.
Katy Perry
The show starts with Katy Perry reading a rather long text from both her mom and dad. While it was supposed to be philosophical, let’s just say it was, well, a little odd. Even Katy got tickled by it.
David Harbour
From the text he received from his mom, she seems to love free items. She’s not asking for anything big. Just pens, keychains, etc. … okay.
Kardashian sisters
Kourtney received a text from her mom asking if she wanted to come for dinner at 7:00? When she got no reply, she sent several follow-up messages. Then you hear Khloe say,
“Oh my gosh, she never invites me for dinner.”
Billie Eilish
Moms have this crazy intuition about their kids. Billie’s mother sensed she was tired. So, being a good mother, she offered some sound advice.
“Go the duck to sleep!!!!!!”

Jimmy explained this was the first and only text message he’d ever received from his mom. We’re just as confused as he was. You have to hope at some point that he provides an explanation.

In the message that Josh received from his mom, she really wants to be in Ireland. And she’s not quite sure what the emoji is. But that’s just fine … it works.

Isn’t that sweet … or strange? It seems as though Kiernan’s mom likes to text her random thoughts. For this one, she might need to hire a professional to decipher her mother’s message.

Pink’s mom had a secret. But after sharing the text she received from, the entire world now knows that it is. At least she admitted to being a “stoner mom.”

There’s no question whatsoever. Her mother has been texting for a long time. You can tell by all the shortcut words she uses, although Regina seems somewhat confused and unimpressed.
It’s nice to see that celebrities are no different than anyone else. Just like the rest of us, they have mothers who try to stay on top of trends by sending some pretty sweet and bizarre text messages. Hey, at least they’re communicating with their kids.
