It’s twice the love for these lucky grandparents.
Victoria and her husband Matthew were able to keep their twin pregnancy a complete secret from Matthew’s parents until the babies were born. Matthew’s mom and dad thought the baby’s gender was the big reveal but they had no idea what was in store when they arrived at the hospital. The excited new mom and dad couldn’t wait to share the well-kept secret and the entire moment was all caught on video.
“It’s a girl!”
Matthew’s parents were elated and thrilled to meet their tiny granddaughter. They were ok with waiting till the birth to find out the gender but had no idea that this new granddaughter had a sister.
A proud grandpa.
There is nothing like the love of a grandparent. As Matthew’s dad holds the baby girl, the family members relish the happy moment. They have waited so long to meet this baby and to find out it is a healthy little girl is a reason for joy. However, things are about to get much more joyous.
It’s time to double the fun.
As the grandparents are soaking in the magical moment of meeting their beautiful grandbaby, Victoria is getting ready to drop the twin bomb on the unsuspecting pair. She looks at the camera and smiles while she nods to her husband, Matthew, to go ahead and get their other baby.
The secret is finally revealed.
Matthew tells his family members that he has to leave the room to ask the nurse a question. His parents don’t even seem to notice as they are still enamored by the tiny little bundle in their arms. It’s hard to imagine how they could be any happier at this moment but all it really takes is another baby.
Victoria breaks the big news.
“So… here’s your other granddaughter,” Victoria tells Matthew’s parents as the other baby is brought into the room. The two grandparents are completely in shock. They can’t quite believe what they are seeing. Victoria tells them how difficult it was to keep it from them. “We have been keeping this from you since day one,” Victoria tells the surprised grandparents.
Matthew places baby number two in grandpa’s arms.
The grandparents are overjoyed as Matthew’s mother shouts, “Two babies!” These little girls are going to be so loved. Matthew’s dad holds his two granddaughters with a look of complete love and devotion on his face.
“They look alike!”
Although the little cuties are fraternal twins, proud grandpa can’t help but see a resemblance. Matthew’s mom is overwhelmed with happiness and says to her husband, “double happiness” and he responds with “that’s amazing.” It’s safe to say that the surprise went off without a hitch and it was worth the wait for Victoria and Matthew to see the look on the new grandparent’s faces.
