When we were kids, mom and dad would tell us not to say bad words.
And now that we’re adults… Well, sorry mom and dad. I mean to be fair life does get pretty tough from time to time. So, sometimes some words slip out before we know we’ve said them.
But I seriously doubt you ever asked your parents if you could use profanity.
This little lady must have had a rough day. She’s asking mom if she can say a bad word. The girl seems really upset and just wants to let one out. Like us when that irritating colleague touches a nerve.
Mom gives a firm “no” so the little girl asks if she can direct her question to her dad. Which means she’s daddy’s little princess like all little girls. But it’s not very lady-like to say bad words!
Whatever’s upsetting her shows on her face. You can hear it in her voice too.
An observant viewers said,
“Daughter knows that it’s better to ask Daddy for permission, because he’s more likely to say Yes than Mom is. “
Ain’t that the truth.
But which bad word does she want to say exactly?
Mom asks her daughter to which she responds with, “Oh shoot.”
“Oh shoot? That’s it? No, that’s not nice.”
Says mom.
This little girl is not giving up. She asks her mom over and over if she can say it but mom won’t allow the use of such language. Not yet, kid. Give it another fifteen years or so. Make that twenty.

Good thing mom is firm. No way is such a pretty little girl about to use such language. And what would dad say if he heard her?
Socially offensive use of such words used to be so unacceptable.
You would be chastised in the old days. It was all about being classy and educated back then, even if it was really all an act.
Modern day circumstances dictate otherwise. Life today is so fast paced and stressful that everyone, from kids to adults, blurt out profanity on a daily basis. Though there are still this who strive to avoid using such words. How??
Even driving gets you swearing like mad.
This little girl is super polite and adorable. She knows it’s wrong but she still insists on asking her mom for permission. Something must have really upset her. Let’s hope dad did something about that.
In the meantime, there’s probably some ice cream in the fridge so she can cool herself down. And while enjoying a pint, mutter “Oh shoot” under her breath just to get it all out.
