In households with many children, parents dread to hear the age-old complaint: “My big brother (or sister) is teasing me!” During this time, the parent-in-charge suddenly becomes a hybrid of a life coach and a referee. This can be pretty exhausting, especially if it happens often.

Siblings fight a lot but they make up a lot, too!
Though they may make each other cry, parents know that they can make each other laugh, as well. Older siblings are especially protective of their smaller counterparts. They are their ultimate bodyguards who are always there for them. Brothers are (or can be…) naturally protective. Some little sisters subsequently grow up feeling more supported and loved.

When this little sister wanted to dance, she was ready to perform alone!
In a cute video posted by Michael Vullo, we witness a young girl with her face covered with her long hair. To some, she might be giving off some scary vibes. But those who are seasoned dancers know that she is merely concentrating. She did not want any distractions before her performance!
This girl is born a performer!
Our little star does not start dancing. It makes the viewers wonder if she will indeed show us some moves. Those doubts go quickly away when the first chorus of Ayo and Teo’s Rolex starts. She quickly struts her stuff and dances like no one is watching her.
But wait, someone is watching her!
Once the song continues, we quickly see a cute little boy joining our star dancer. Is he there to tease his sister? Definitely not! He is there to dance with her!
The little girl looks a bit startled but continues to dance anyway!
Our cute star is unfazed by the sudden company. After all, she knows the show must go on. Just as she was getting used to the idea of having a co-dancer, her other brother joins!
Three is a good number but four is better.
Just when we think this dance-off cannot get any cuter, their eldest brother joins the fray. We now have a squad dancing to this hip-hop hit.
But, wait there is more! A dance showdown!
After all four are in the frame, the viewers are treated to something cool — a freestyle dance session. It certainly looks fun.
Turns out dancing together has more benefits than just having fun.
In an article published by The Scientific American, they claim that dancing together is a great way to bond. According to them:
Studies show that dancing at parties and in groups encourages social bonding, whether it is a traditional stomp, a tango or even the hokeypokey. Many researchers have argued that people experience a blurring of the self into their groups thanks to the synchronization that occurs while dancing. Yet it is also possible that the exertion inherent to dancing releases hormones—like any other form of physical exercise—and these molecules are behind the bonding effect.

So, next time you want to make your kids bond, why don’t you organize a dance-off too?
