One of the lessons many moms and dads learn early on in their parenting lives is to enjoy the little things and appreciate every special moment when it comes.
Kids grow up fast and before you know it, those tiny little babies are turning into teens and getting ready for college, so it’s especially important to make the most of the utterly adorable moments while they’re still small.
It seems like the parents of these too-cute twins have learned that lesson, capturing many special moments on camera and keeping them preserved to enjoy again and again, like this adorable video showing the two joyful tots playing ‘keep away’ with one of their toys.
The clip begins with the two beautiful babies sitting together on the floor, surrounded by toys.
They’ve got all sorts of fun, colorful things around them, but there’s only one toy that really interests them at that moment in time: a little plastic guitar.
One of the girls is holding the guitar by the handle while the other one tries to grab it. Every time her sister reaches out to take the toy away, the other girl laughs and pulls it away.
Throughout the whole clip, we can hear the happy laughter of the two infants.
It’s a beautiful sound to hear, and there’s always something utterly unique about the laughter of a child. It puts smiles on our faces and brings joy to our hearts every single time.
As the clip continues, the girl on the left continues to keep the toy away from her twin sister, and both of them seem to be having the time of their lives!
For over a whole minute, they keep the game going, and it’s amazing to see how they never seem to get bored and even the sister who can’t quite grab the toy doesn’t appear to get angry or upset.
They both just seem to be having pure, innocent fun.
At a couple of moments, the girl on the right starts waving her arms around and saying something in baby language to her sister which we can only imagine must be something like “Are you ever going to let me play with that toy?!”
But the game continues all the way to the very end.
It’s a simple but uplifting clip that is sure to make your day a little brighter, and it’s an amazing example of how babies and young children in general can be entertained by the simplest of things.
Sometimes, as parents, we can spend lots of money and buy them all sorts of toys and other things to keep them entertained, but most of the time, the old classics like ‘keep away’ and ‘peek a boo’ are all you really need to make a child smile.
