Madison Holley of Corunna, Ontario, posted a picture of her newborn baby, her toddler son, and her current fiance leaving the hospital together. Her ex-boyfriend Tyler Mcilveen, 27, was pictured in the viral photo with their 3-year-old kid Cade and Madison’s fiance Cody Pietz was pictured holding their newborn son Waylon.

“It made me really happy,” Madison told “Good Morning America.” “It’s two people that I guess mean a lot to me. Both of them are the fathers to our children. The fact that they can get along and all four of us could sit in the hospital while I have another child with someone else was just really amazing.”

The viral picture was taken as they all leave the hospital 24 hours after Madison gave birth.

Madison shares her 3-year-old son, Cade, with Tyler Mcilveen, her ex-fiancé. After almost three years of dating, the two decided to part ways, and she is now engaged to Cody Pietz, father of 2-month-old Waylon.

“We broke up probably a little after Cade turned 2,” Madison further shared. “He’s always been a really good father, but I think emotionally we were in different places.”

The two of them parted ways, but it was on good terms, and they agreed to do their best for their son.

“We were really mature in the way we left off. It was really hard at first, though.”

The two of them are civilized and decided to always put Cade above anything else. They share custody of the child without having to go through legal means. The two of them are doing okay after the breakup.

Madison is now in a relationship with Cody Pietz, with whom she shares 2-month-old Waylon.

Karin Gray, Tyler’s new girlfriend, was a major factor in how the two couples are getting along, especially for the kids.

“She’s the biggest reason why the four of us could co-parent the way that we do,” Madison said. “She invited us over for Easter and sat us down to talk about how we could make it work. She became a really good friend.”

Karin thought that Madison is a strong woman who loves her children dearly. She is happy to be part of the family, despite the rough start they all had to experience. She also hopes to have her own kids with Tyler so they could all spend their time as a family.

Madison shared the photo with the Facebook page Love What Matters, where it got 148,000 likes as of this article’s writing.

When asked about her advice on parenting, Madison believes strongly in keeping it real. Being honest always is a key factor in making relationships work.

“If we left for the night and we’re going out in the city, we’re honest,” she said. “Basically communication is the biggest thing. We’re honest with everything about Cade and that’s really it.”

Blended families are not unusual. Sometimes, people don’t find true love in their first relationships, but that does not mean the kids who are blessings made out of those relationships do not have a chance to have a complete and happy family.

Madison’s family is proof that love is always the most important thing, and this can also be found in blended families.
