6-year-old Delaney Jones of Beaverton, Oregon was filming herself as she demonstrated an arts and crafts tutorial. Not knowing that the video is Delaney’s presentation for her teacher, her dad Isaac decided to join in the fun and flaunt some hilarious dance moves.

As Kidz Bop’s version of Bruno Mars’s “Uptown Funk” played in the background, Isaac emerged from behind the kitchen counter as Delaney began to unscrew the caps of her glue bottles.

It started from claps but eventually evolved into the more complicated body and arm waves.

“Next, if you have glue glitter,” Delaney says in the video as her dad twists on the background, “use pink with glitter. It’s really cool.” But what cooler is how two different things were happening in this video and we’re all here for it.

Unfazed and still focused, Delaney continued to express her creativity while also sharing instructions in her video.

At one point, when her dad screams out in sheer excitement, Delaney nonchalantly says, “That’s my dad” as if these shenanigans from her dad are a regular thing.

For the next part of the performance, a new family member joins in Isaac’s video-bombing. In his red PJs, Delaney’s younger brother cackles out loud as Isaac danced him above the kitchen counter.

It didn’t take long before her older brother shoots into the video with a short howl then disappeared from the frame.

What follows might be our favorite part of the video. Delaney, obviously amused, said:

“What is wrong with this family? I am just trying to do peace and quiet arts!”

There was no moment in the video where Delaney acted annoyed or irritated with the constant action around her. It tells us that this kind of high-energy fun is a common occurrence in their family that Delaney is used to this kind of happy environment.

In fact, she might be too comfortable with it that she sent the video to her teacher.

As her mom Jennifer Jones shared with Good Morning America:

“As I was looking through Delaney’s Seesaw I was surprised when I came across a video that showed my husband dancing in the background of this craft tutorial she sent,”

She added that her husband had no idea that Delaney’s teacher and classmates saw his hilarious antics.

She called Isaac at work to tell him she found a video of him dancing in the background and that she also uploaded the video on Facebook.

Isaac’s silly dance moves and her brothers’ participation has since been viewed over 19 million times on Facebook alone. News outlets and other media companies uploaded the video in their YouTube accounts and even these uploads reached millions of views.

Jennifer told Good Morning America:

“Dancing and laughing in our house is very common, but Isaac is not one to share something like that intentionally with the world, so it warmed my heart to see that others appreciated the fun amazing dad he is.”

Quite frankly, we don’t know who’s more amazing, the dad with his silly dance moves, the patient daughter who still got the job done, or the family that grew up in a fun and nurturing environment.
