Pregnancy is such a wonderful thing. This is why a lot of parents take the time to plan gender reveal parties, baby showers, and so much more. They want it to be extra memorable not just for them but for their family and friends, too.
When Anna Williams realized that she was pregnant, she decided to do something different.
Like most pregnant women, she announced her pregnancy to everyone dear to her. She told them that she was expecting and that was it.
Anna was indeed pregnant, but there’s something else.
You see, Anna wasn’t just pregnant with one child. She was having twins!
Anna and her husband kept the secret throughout her pregnancy.
It must have been tough for the couple. With such great news, it’s hard not to share it with everyone you know.
They picked the perfect time to reveal their surprise.
The couple decided to surprise Anna’s mom right after she delivered her babies. And to immortalize the moment, they made sure to set up cameras to capture her reaction.
The video starts with Anna’s mom arriving at the hospital.
Looking at her face, you can easily say how excited she was to meet the newest baby of the family. She sits down next to her daughter’s hospital bed.
Then, Anna handed the new baby girl to her mom.
She was so focused on the tiny human on her arms that she didn’t even see the nurse wheeling a cart into the room.
She didn’t even notice what was inside the cart!
To get her mom’s attention, Anna had to point out the cart.
She said:
“There’s a Santa delivery, too.”
When Anna’s mom looked up and saw the cart, she was surprised to see another baby in it. Tears filled her eyes in an instant.
She didn’t need any explanation.
Anna’s mom knew right away that she had twins.
Even with tears falling from her eyes, you can clearly see how happy she was. It was a really touching moment for everyone in that room.
Even the people who watched the footage were touched, too.

Grandma got to hold both babies for the first time.
While holding the first twin, Ana’s husband placed the second twin on her other arm. They had to be extra careful since there’s two of them being held at the same time.
Anna’s mom was overwhelmed with happiness. One baby is enough reason to celebrate and they have two. For sure, the family had a big blast celebrating the birth of the twins after they got home!
