Let’s face it, long trips on a plane can get boring. You’re in it with other passengers, stuck in a seat, just waiting for the time to go by until you arrive at your destination. Not everyone can sleep either.
So you find different forms of amusement to pass the time. A book, maybe. You could watch a movie or listen to music. Or strike up a conversation with the person next to you. If they’re friendly.
This lady found the best way to entertain herself.
Jolie Hales filmed herself on the plane narrating how she met the cutest, funniest little guy ever to board an aircraft. His name is Bastion. The little dude is playing a game of peek-a-boo with this lady he just met.
And the other passengers are loving it!
Jolie makes a show of hiding her face from him with her right hand, and as she slowly tilts her head to face him, she makes a “Boo!” sound. Little Bastion explodes in giggles when she does it. Every single time.
Bastion laughs so hard it’s like he can’t even breathe anymore.

Sounds like a developing crush if anything.
Bastion’s mom and dad, including those gentlemen standing in the aisle had no idea this would be one of the best flights of their lives. It was a moment they would never forget.
Hales’ video was posted and has since garnered over 13.9 million views with 296k likes!
This has been going on for around ten minutes according to Jolie. And the kid isn’t getting tired of it. We could all learn something from little Bastion here. He’s perfectly content and happy with what’s going on at the moment.
This kind woman made this baby’s day.
Jolie even addresses the little dude by telling him how cute he is. The giggly little boy answers back in typical toddler talk. Lots of gibberish. The type where you’d wish there were subtitles.
No worries. Pretty sure Bastion’s parents told him to quiet down once people began to sleep. Even the little boy himself would have dozed off eventually. At least happy hormones were released in there!
Even nervous first timers on that plane would have been relaxed with that adorable exchange!
Jolie likes to travel. Check out her collection of videos. She’s been to so many places and this is a woman who enjoys her life to the fullest. She’s experienced so much and yet this happy exchange with little Bastion will be one of her favorite memories.
