Whoever said chivalry is dead hasn’t seen this little prince.
With just a tip of his hat, one little boy, named Bernardo, made quite an impression on some Disney princesses recently. While watching a parade at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, the little boy tipped his hat to each princess that met his gaze. Let’s just say it was quite the chivalrous thing to do and the princesses were quick to recognize his sweet gesture.
The adorable video was taken by his mom, Vanessa Guedert, and put on TikTok with Christina Perri‘s song ‘A Thousand Years’ playing in the background.
The sweet TikTok video already has 40 million views and counting. The video shows the little prince standing and watching the parade. He is ready for his moment as he tips his hat to each princess that passes. The reaction on their faces is priceless. For a small child to show such a sweet gesture is not something you see every day.
A simple yet powerful gesture can make a huge impact.
The video of the tiny prince started out very small but it has taken on a life of its own. No matter your age, everyone can show respect to those around them. It seems like this little guy has learned that lesson early in life.
From Merida to Snow White, each princess notices the little boy’s gesture and makes a point to acknowledge him.
It would be difficult for someone to get the attention of a Disney princess during a park parade. However, the little boy had them pausing for a moment and thanking him with either a nod or a curtsy. They may have been in the middle of a busy park event, but the princesses couldn’t let Bernardo’s actions go unacknowledged.
The video was so sweet that it even got a response from Disney Parks.
